Caring for Your Watch Bands:
Calicrush® uses the best quality materials we can find for all of our Apple Watch® bands. Each product is unique.  More than 80% of the parts are hand made.  We see weathering as character rather than marks and scratches.  If over time you see creasing (due to tension) or color fading (due to harsh light or oils from your skin), rest assure that those are natural features of leather. 

To keep your watch bands looking beautiful, we recommend that you clean them gently only with dry cloth.  Make sure they are stored in the original packaging when not in use / a hard case when traveling to prevent the 3D part of the bands from deforming.

Deliveries, Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds:
Packaging:
All of our bands come packaged in a beautifully designed Calicrush® packaging.

Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives.

Shipping Terms:
Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as holidays or strikes. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Calicrush® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Taxes & duties
Taxes and duties are not included.  Please note that if the package is rejected and bounced back to us because the customer do not wish to be responsible for taxes and duties, he/she will be charged for the delivery fee, returning fee, and a US$20 restocking fee.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you decide not to keep the bands you ordered from our official online store www.calicrush.co, you can return them for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.  If 14 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer any refund or exchange.  Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s).  Please email us at care@calicrush.co to request a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number as you will need to include this with your return. Any returns without this RMA number will not be accepted.  Please make sure the bands you are returning are in perfect condition / unused and in same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of the design, we do not accept any return once the leather bands are installed onto the stainless-steel buckle.  
RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 business days after the refund is approved.  
Late & missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.  Then, contact your credit card company.   It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you don't all of the steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@calicrush.co.
Sales Items (if applicable)Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sales items cannot be refunded.

Warranty & Repair Policy:
Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, the Calicrush® Apple Watch® bands are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year warranty (proof of purchase is required), if the bands are proved to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

Conditions & Exclusions:
The warranties offered herein by Calicrush® are non-transferable and do not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than Calicrush® or its authorized licensee or provider.
